Rotation Moulding is a hollow moulding method of thermoplastics. The method is that plastic raw materials are first added into the mold, and then the mold is continuously rotated along two vertical axes and heated. Under the action of gravity and heat energy, the plastic raw materials in the mold are gradually evenly coated, melted and adhered to the entire surface of the mold cavity, formed into the desired shape, and then cooled to shape to form the product.
Rotation Moulding process is an important branch of plastic moulding processing. Since its inception in the 1940s, after more than half a century of development, its equipment and technology have become increasingly perfect, and have been widely used in developed countries in Europe and the United States, from small children's toys to automotive plastic parts to huge engineering machinery plastic products. In particular, large and special-shaped hollow products, due to the limitations of the traditional process itself, can only be completed by the rotation moulding process.
